Whitelist or blacklist email addresses

Whitelisting: This is the process of allowing an email address to send emails to you without being blocked or checked by our firewall.

Blacklisting: This process blocks an email address and you will not receive any further emails form this sender.

To accomplish either of these:

Log in to your emails

Click on the gear icon in the bottom left of the screen and then on settings at the bottom of the menu that opens.

In the window that opens for Settings, click on the AntiSpam tab:

From here you can select to manage your Whitelist to allow, or Blacklist to block emails.

The flow for both are the same from this point:
Click on manage and a new window will appear:

Fill in the email you need added to the list (whitelist in this case, but the same window appears for blacklisting) and click on add.

Once the email address appears in the top list you can click on done.
After this window closes you'll get a reminder to click on save, to save the new list.

Click on Save & Close:
