If you can't login and want to RESET your password, please follow > these stepsLogin to > ananzi mail portal
Click on the leftmost top icon and the drop down will appear:
Click on 'Settings'
Click 'General' Tab
Click 'Change Password'
Enter and confirm new password (mast be at least 12 characters long, with at least 1 capital letter, one lower case letter, one digit and one special character)
Click on save.
