Go to https://ananzi-reset.cloudafrica.net/, the screen below will appear:
Enter your ananzi email address and click 'Reset Password' button.
Next, you should receive your new password via sms on the cell number registered on your profile. If we don't have your correct number, please > log a support request and include your email address, correct/new cell number and copy of your ID book.
Passwords can be manually changed after this reset is done. To see how, please follow this article
