Go to https://ananzi-reset.cloudafrica.net/, the screen below will appear:
Enter your ananzi email address and click 'Reset Password' button.
Next, you should receive your new password by sms on the cell registered on your profile previously. In an instance we don't have your correct number, please > log a support request and include your email address, correct/new cell number and copy of your ID book.
Passwords cannot be manually changed at the moment, all passwords are randomly generated and sent via sms.
