Add new account to outlook/phone
Every outlook version is slightly different, so it's best to google 'Outlook how to add an account' a tutorial most relevant to your version
Same with smartphone, adding email account on your phone is operating system specific
Connect to a server
Enter the below information into 'Server Settings' area

| Encryption method | Choose SSL/TLS | |

| Outgoing mail | Server | mail.cloudafrica.io |
| Port | 465 | |
| Encryption method | Choose SSL/TLS | |
| Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA) Checkbox | Leave blank | |
| My Outgoing (SMTP) server requires an authentication checkbox | Check | |
| Use the same settings as my incoming mail server Radio button | Check |
And click 'Next' (again, depending on the device/software being connected, button can be different)
On some windows 11 systems there is a bug that you can't update your settings. It'll just reset to some default. Please change the incoming port to 143.
