S3 Client Software - Expected Messages

Permission error

• Client Software: WinSCP
• Action: When trying to perform an action that is not permitted with the access key used(i.e Uploading a file with a Read access level key.) 
• Interpretation:  If you need this 'user' to upload files to the bucket, you will have to grant FULL access instead of READ access.

Properties blanked out

• Client Software: S3 Browser
• Action: You are trying to change the file / bucket level permission from within the S3 Enabled Client application.
• Interpretation: We have specifically disabled this feature, and you will have to grant the correct access level from within the BigStorage User Interface from www.bigstorage.io

Cannot create a new bucket

• Client Software: S3 Browser Client
• Action: when you try to create a new bucket from within the S3 enabled Client software.
• Interpretation: We have specifically disabled this feature, and you will have to create another bucket from within the BigStorage User Interface from www.bigstorage.io.
  
  

Cannot delete bucket

• Client Software: S3 Browser Client
• Action: when you try to delete a bucket from within the S3 enabled Client software.
• Interpretation: We have specifically disabled this feature, and you will have to delete the bucket from within the BigStorage User Interface from www.bigstorage.io.
