Adding a Billing Account

To add a billing account, login to > CloudAfrica web app, navigate to 'Billing' and click 'Create Account'. Fill in billing entity details and link the credit card that will be associated with this billing account (note that the credit card will need to be added prior to this.), and click 'Save'.

Account Billing

Virtual servers are billed per hour up to 600 hours a month, after which the amount will be capped as per > Package Pricing (monthly cost). Please note that virtual servers will be billed for even if they are turned off.

All prices are exclusive of VAT (15%).

Payment Options Accepted

Payment may be made via VISA, MasterCard, or by bank transfer into the CloudAfrica bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

Manage Payment Methods

            To update your credit card details, the following steps can be taken: 
                   Login to the > CloudAfrica accounts portal
Navigate to the 'Billing' page and select the 'Cards' tab. 
Select 'Add Credit Card' to save your new credit card details. 


Navigate to the 'Accounts' tab and select the account that needs to be changed. You may only have one account listed here.

Select the 'EDIT' button. 
Link the card to a billing account by clicking 'Use existing credit card' to choose the newly saved card and click 'SAVE'.
                        
If you see an error when trying to save the card, please > contact support. 
                    Should there be owing amount it will be collected automatically once the credit card is updated and linked to an owing entity. 

Accessing Invoices/Statements

To find older invoices, login to your account on > CloudAfrica web app and navigate to the Billing page. Select an existing billing account to access statements and invoices associated with the account. From the Billing details section, you will be able to click 'Email Statement' for your latest statement. Or from the app statement, click on the invoice to resend an individual invoice via email to the account's registered email address.

Package Pricing

        We currently offer Standard Packages and High Memory Packages. The pricing for these packages can be found > here. The dashboard will indicate exactly how much hourly and monthly you will be paying for each server you create.
